For the past 15 years, the Cleveland Clinic Foundation (CCF) has been ranked as the number one hospital in the U.S. in Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery.

In 1999, a collaboration agreement was signed between Dar Al Fouad Hospital (DAFH) and CCF. This agreement ensures continuous technical, medical and administrative support to be provided by the CCF as well as extensive exchange programs for physicians and personnel for training. It also allows CCF to participate in the Board of Directors as a partner and shareholder in DAFH.
